Job Overview
Our client, an employee-owned (ESOP) construction firm, is seeking an experienced
Mechanical Foreman
to support large multifamily projects. This role leads field crews, coordinates HVAC and plumbing scopes, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Pay and Compensation Base pay range: $32.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus, Sign-on bonus, and Stock options
Responsibilities
Supervise daily mechanical field activities on multifamily projects
Lead HVAC and plumbing crews and self-perform work as needed
Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards
Coordinate with superintendents, PMs, and subcontractors
Read and interpret mechanical plans and schedules
Experience and Qualifications
Mechanical foreman experience on multifamily projects
Strong leadership and field coordination skills
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
