Evisceration Supervisor – Production

Base pay range
$60,000 per year - $80,000 per year Key Responsibilities & Duties
Lead daily activities in the evisceration department to meet production goals. Maintain quality expectations while managing yield, labor and material usage. Track and report production performance data. Drive continuous improvement leveraging TQM and lean methodologies. Ensure full compliance with HACCP, GMP, and customer specifications. Coordinate with maintenance on equipment performance and repairs. Build strong working relationships with internal leadership and USDA representatives. Supervise, coach, and motivate 26–30 team members. Plan staffing, attendance, and line coverage. Manage team training, safety compliance, and documentation. Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing/processing environment. Experience managing HACCP, GMP, and food safety documentation. Strong leadership and team development capabilities. Effective organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Benefits
