Your Role as Human Resources and Operations Manager Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and oversee comprehensive talent acquisition and onboarding activities. From strategic job postings and employer branding through to seamless employee integration, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
Design, implement, and continuously refine integrated HR strategies, policies, and procedures fully aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
Administer and optimize payroll coordination, time‑off management, and maintenance of employee records with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and data confidentiality.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Provide authoritative guidance on conflict resolution, employee relations, and HR best practices, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive organizational development, workforce planning, and succession strategies that support long‑term growth.
Manage and harmonize cross‑border HR requirements across the U.S. and Pakistan, ensuring consistent standards and equitable practices.
Manage and oversee daily operations of the office, manage vendors, relationships and the overall office environment.
Develop and leverage modern social media and professional networks to source high‑caliber talent and strengthen the company’s employer brand.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent, demonstrable experience.
5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years leading HR programs or a small team.
End‑to‑end capability across core HR domains: recruiting & onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations (including basic investigations), policy drafting, and compliance.
Strong command of Pakistan labor laws and HR compliance requirements, with the ability to research and apply U.S. labor laws, HR best practices, and relevant compliance standards.
Hands‑on proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint), with the ability to design, build, and modify HR process flows, generate clean reports, and maintain accurate records.
Proven judgment handling confidential data with diligence and documentation thoroughness.
Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management across cultures and time zones.
Social media and professional networking fluency for talent sourcing, employer branding, and employee engagement.
Preferred Experience
Master’s degree and/or professional certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, or CIPD Level 5/7).
Led an HRIS implementation or migration (e.g., Rippling, Oracle EBS, SAP, Dynamics 365, Odoo) and streamlined HR processes/automation.
Designed or administered compensation & benefits frameworks, exposure to job grading and salary benchmarking.
Supported cross‑border HR operations (preferably between Pakistan and U.S.), including policy harmonization and compliance mapping.
Familiarity with the utility/power distribution sector and field/contract workforce needs.
Strong data literacy: HR analytics, KPI design, and presenting insights to leadership.
