Job Description
Maintenance Mechanic – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts
1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Pay : $28–$34 / hr + OT | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday - Must be flexible, including weekends. Overtime: Unpredictable, varies as needed
About the Role : We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to install, repair, and maintain large industrial textile equipment and facility systems. You’ll troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure machines and boilers run safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform daily startup / shutdown of machinery.
Diagnose and repair production equipment and facility systems
Execute preventive maintenance using CMMS system
Handle emergency breakdowns quickly and safely
Weld, cut, and perform general mechanical and electrical repairs
Program and troubleshoot PLCs
Operate forklifts, lifts, and follow all lockout / tagout and OSHA procedures
What You’ll Need :
2+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or laundry / production environment
Strong electrical troubleshooting (3-phase, 230V)
Boiler, PLC, welding, and general facility repair experience
Valid driver’s license and clean record
Ability to lift up to
lbs. and work in hot, noisy environments
Must be a self-starter with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
