Superintendent - New Construction Projects (Up to $10M) Lead new construction projects up to $10M with a well‑established general contractor that values autonomy and a tight‑knit team culture. Competitive pay of $80,000–$110,000 per year, plus a car allowance and bonus potential.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all on‑site construction activities to ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Maintain a safe and clean job site, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.

Ensure quality control and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution.

Facilitate communication among team members to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts.

Document project activities and prepare reports as required.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in construction project management and site supervision.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.

Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering quality projects.
