$92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
Develop, implement, and maintain the continuous improvement strategy and roadmap for the plant.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels in Lean methodologies, problem‑solving tools, and CI principles.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste to drive cost reduction and quality improvement.
Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to continuous improvement initiatives and project success.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, data‑driven decision‑making, and proactive problem‑solving.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of improvement initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field
5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated success in implementing Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM) and Six Sigma projects with measurable results
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., SPC, Root Cause Analysis)
Strong project management and change management skills
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI).
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, automation).
Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Background in specific manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
