$72,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Develop, implement, and validate new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Troubleshoot process deviations, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other technical documentation.
Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful process integration and performance.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Proven proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., AspenPlus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with manufacturing quality standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Arena)
Experience with industrial automation, PLC programming, or SCADA systems
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts (IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing)
