Pay Range Base pay: $44.00/hr – $50.00/hr.
Typical full‑time electrical personnel earn nearly $200,000 when base, overtime, and per diem are included.
Company Overview DSI is a rapidly expanding, employee‑owned company with over 100 employees. Location Stanley, North Dakota – working in the Bakken Basin oil fields installing VFDs and other electrical equipment.
Responsibilities
Configure and wire AC/DC controllers and VFDs.
Use electrical schematics to design, bend, and fill conduit to code specifications.
Work outdoors in a dynamic field environment.
Schedule 10 hours a day, 6 days a week, with the possibility of 12 hours a day, 7 days a week if workload requires.
Compensation & Benefits
Per diem: $115 per day (or company housing).
Opportunity for ESOP ownership and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
North Dakota Journeyman licensed required (or reciprocity in qualifying states).
Valid driver’s license.
Strong commitment to safety and quality; team oriented.
Self‑motivated, assertive, dependable.
