Position location: Stanley, North Dakota (Bakken Basin oil fields).
Pay and Benefits Base pay range: $44.00/hr - $50.00/hr. Daily per diem: $115. Overtime and per diem may bring total compensation near $200,000 annually.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, paid time off, 401(k) match, and participation in the ESOP.
Responsibilities
Install VFDs and other electrical equipment in oil field operations.
Configure and wire various brands of AC/DC controllers and VFDs.
Use electrical schematics to design, bend, and fill conduit to code specifications.
Work outdoors in field environments.
Qualifications
North Dakota journeyman licensed or a reciprocal state license (Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming).
Maintain a valid driver’s license.
Team oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Self‑motivated, assertive, and dependable.
EOE and drug‑free workplace.
Schedule 10 hours a day, 6 days a week; depending on workload, hours may shift to 12‑hour days, 7 days a week.
