Our Client is a real estate investment and development firm focused on building high quality, amenitized, ground‑up market‑rate multifamily communities in South Florida, with 1,200 units in its pipeline. This US division is part of one of the largest construction and development groups of companies in South America. Position The Construction Coordinator will directly support the Director of Construction in handling the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily development projects during Pre‑Construction, Construction and Turn‑Over. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

Pre‑Construction & Bidding

Assist in reviewing and organizing bid packages, scopes of work, General Contractor and subcontractor proposals. Support the coordination of pre‑construction meetings and document management. Participate in Value Engineering meetings from conceptual to realization phases. Construction Administration

Track project schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders through the life cycle of each project. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation (meeting minutes, logs, drawings, contracts). Coordinate with design consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, and AHJs to resolve issues promptly. Support project punch and closeout activities. Gain exposure to permitting, inspections, and AHJ approvals. Field Coordination

Conduct regular site walk‑throughs to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Work with design consultants, general contractor and subcontractors to resolve field issues. Assist in the review of pay applications and assist in tracking project budgets. Monitor commitments and change order requests for accuracy. Prepare progress reports and assist in updating executive summaries for senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred. Postgraduate or complementary studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management preferred. 2–5+ years of experience in construction, real‑estate development, or general contracting. Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts, and project workflows. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6). Excellent task organization and planning skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail. Seniority level
