Integrity Trade Services is hiring a
Maintenance Supervisor
for our manufacturing client to start immediately at up to $75k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for executing the preventative maintenance program in coordination with engineering and maintenance teams. Additional duties include participating in plant safety inspections, overseeing equipment repairs and preventative maintenance activities, coordinating with external contractors, managing equipment and facility maintenance, and organizing office moves or space rearrangements as needed.
Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective planning, regular meetings, performance appraisals, and workforce management (including vacation scheduling, overtime, and leave coordination).
Motivate, coach, and train employees to achieve maximum quality, productivity, morale, and cooperation.
Administer time and attendance tracking, prioritize tasks, and assign work efficiently.
Deliver constructive feedback—both positive and corrective—and keep accurate documentation of any disciplinary actions.
Direct employee onboarding and training to reinforce Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) compliance, work performance, and understanding of company policies and procedures.
Maintain compliance with the collective bargaining agreement; serve as a liaison between management and union representatives; address grievances promptly.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and practices.
Schedule production and manage team assignments effectively.
Review production and operational reports, responding quickly to manufacturing and maintenance challenges to reduce costs and prevent downtime.
Inspect machinery and equipment for optimal performance and utilization.
Champion EHS initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Location:
Whitehall, MI
Overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience supervising maintenance or skilled trades teams.
Legal authorization to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification required at the time of hire.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Synchronous Manufacturing, and Kaizen methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.
Proven team leadership, multitasking ability, and technical aptitude.
Energetic, self-motivated, and change-oriented, with solid PC and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
