Mechanic

Blow Injection Tech We are seeking a skilled Blow Injection Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic products, ensuring compliance with GMP standards in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate blow molding machines according to specifications

Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and adherence to GMP standards

Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Assist with the design and implementation of new processes to improve efficiency

Collaborate with the quality control team to conduct inspections and tests on finished products

Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing processes is a plus

Proven experience in blow molding, injection molding, or related fields

Familiarity with GMP regulations and practices in the food and beverage industry

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team

Good communication skills and attention to detail
