CCI Mechanical, LLC is expanding its workforce and is seeking an experienced and skilled Pipefitter with a strong background in hydronic piping systems. Responsibilities
Install hydronic piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
Select and install appropriate pipe fittings, valves, and controls to regulate fluid flow.
Conduct pressure tests and inspections to verify the integrity of the installed systems.
Troubleshoot and repair existing systems, diagnosing issues and developing solutions.
Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of hydronic systems.
Collaborate with other trades and professionals on construction and maintenance projects.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Minimum Qualifications
10 years of experience with hydronic piping layout and fabrication.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Problem‑solving skills in hydronic systems.
Effective communication skills with colleagues, clients, and other professionals.
Preferred Qualifications
HVAC piping experience.
Boiler experience.
Knowledge of chillers.
Additional Qualifying Factors As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screening (post accepted offer) and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
Physical Requirements The position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co‑workers and clients. Required tasks include bending, stooping, sitting, climbing ladders, walking or standing for prolonged periods, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. Personal protective equipment—hard hats, steel‑toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection—must be used at all times. Mental alertness is essential.
Working Conditions Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings involve walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons, with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
