Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Realtor based in Summerville, SC. The Realtor will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions by providing expert advice on market trends, pricing, and property values. Daily tasks include networking to build client relationships, conducting property showings, marketing listings, negotiating sales agreements, and assisting clients with purchasing or selling real estate in the local area. The Realtor will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive services and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property concepts and practices
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the Charleston real estate market is advantageous
Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Willingness to attend in-person client meetings and property showings
