Role Description
This is an on-site contract role based in Independence, MO, for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and managing real estate properties. The role involves daily responsibilities such as building and maintaining client relationships, providing personalized property consultations, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and staying current with market trends and regulations. The successful candidate will also facilitate smooth transactions and offer exceptional customer service at every step of the process. Qualifications
Holds a valid Real Estate License with a strong understanding of real estate laws and processes. Proven experience in Real Estate, including property buying, selling, and real property management. Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships and address client needs effectively. Experience in Sales, with strong negotiation and communication skills to close transactions successfully. Knowledge of the local real estate market in the Kansas City Metro area is highly desirable.
