Job Description and Duties Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Building Trades, the Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing plumbing, heating, water, and sewer systems; performing electrical maintenance and repair work; repairing automotive equipment; and carrying out miscellaneous minor building construction and repair work.
Individuals eligible for a Training and Development assignment may also be considered for this position.
