Base pay range $62,000.00/yr – $87,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Manage and coach the team to success, ensuring manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift

Oversee the 2nd shift (Mon‑Fri 1pm‑9pm)

Collaborate with other shift departments

Follow and enforce all company and regulatory policies and procedures

Ensure safety of all employees

Troubleshoot and work with the Maintenance team

Communicate with the Management team on shift performance, production planning and issue resolution

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of experience in a dairy manufacturing facility

Highly motivated with great communication and leadership skills

Ability to operate all equipment necessary for manufacturing operations

Familiarity with data management programs

Strong understanding of GMPs and Food Safety

Leadership mindset, great communication, and drive
