$60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations to ensure targets and schedules are met.
Lead, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality control principles.
Demonstrated knowledge and application of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
Proven ability to enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or higher.
Proficiency with ERP or MES systems beyond basic user functions.
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish/English) to support a diverse workforce.
Experience leading process improvement or new product introduction projects.
