Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and supply chain operations. Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively in a production setting. Technical aptitude to interpret engineering specifications and collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams. Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with automation and Industry 4.0 technologies. Previous experience in a hands‑on manufacturing role (e.g., production supervisor, manufacturing engineer).
