The Opportunity You will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. It is a client‑facing role, in which you will have opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate and develop teams, establish and maintain client relationships, and grow your consulting, technical and team‑leadership skills.
Your Key Responsibilities
Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.
Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations for financial services clients across ServiceNow applications and product suites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ability to drive and support sales activities alongside EY pursuit teams, including developing proposals, engagement estimates, and participating in sales presentations.
Lead and develop strategies for ServiceNow‑enabled transformations, working with senior client executives on business case development, transformation road‑maps, detailed plans, and solution architectures.
Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project (design, configuration, testing, deployment).
Ability to manage 2–3 engagements and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore teams.
Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
Excellent business acumen with fact‑based decision making and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow service management implementations across business functions.
Analyze a company's service‑management capabilities and provide leading‑practice recommendations and strategic road‑maps.
Lead client process design sessions, facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business‑process subject‑matter resources.
Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, supporting planning, status reporting, budgets, risk and issue logs.
Drive the creation of sector‑focused offerings aligned with ServiceNow industry workflows.
Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year degree); Master’s degree preferred.
5–7 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
Proven architectural leadership in ServiceNow with deep financial‑services experience (Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management).
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Minimum of 3 of the following ServiceNow certifications:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping
5+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
Excellent soft skills (executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization).
Experience leading and supervising teams.
Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
Ability to travel up to 60%.
Ideally, You Will Also Have
ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM, HAM, or SAM.
Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
Performance analytics and reporting experience; certifications are a plus.
Experience with Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery; certifications are a plus.

What We Offer You
A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range for the U.S. of $171,600 to $392,100 (adjusted for geography). The package includes medical, dental, pension, 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
Our hybrid work model expects most client‑serving staff to work in person 40–60% of the time over an engagement.
Flexible vacation policy based on personal circumstances, with time off for EY paid holidays, winter/summer breaks, personal/family care, and other leaves of absence.
