We’re seeking a hands‑on
HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition Partner
to provide
on‑site HR support
for our R&D facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the business, partnering directly with engineering leaders, and building early‑career and advanced technical talent pipelines.
What You’ll Do
Lead
campus recruiting efforts
including career fairs, university partnerships, and early‑career hiring (Clemson and surrounding institutions)
Manage
full‑cycle recruiting
for R&D Engineers, Co‑Ops, Interns, and early‑ to mid‑career technical roles
Partner with hiring managers to define and refine
job descriptions, role requirements, and hiring plans
Support
on‑site HR operations , including onboarding, training coordination, and employee programs
Collaborate with managers on
employee development, benchmarking, and growth planning
Serve as a visible, trusted HR partner within a fast‑paced R&D environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience in
HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting , ideally within a technical, engineering, or high‑tech environment
Comfort recruiting
early‑career through advanced technical talent , including MS‑level engineering candidates
Strong relationship‑building skills with managers, candidates, and university partners
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working
on‑site
in a growing R&D facility
Passion for supporting innovation and high‑impact engineering teams
