Responsibilities
Aggressively prospect and pursue new leads through cold calls, networking, and community outreach
Assess potential clients' needs and present tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals with a results‑driven mindset
Deliver compelling product presentations to individuals and small business owners
Provide prompt, thorough follow‑up to all inquiries and appointments
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communication
Stay updated on Farmers Insurance products, market trends, and sales techniques

Bilingual abilities are a plus
Compensation Base pay: $45,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr (plus unlimited commission opportunities)
