What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage EDI trading partners and ensure accurate exchange of information
Collaborate with Vendor Management to enhance trading partner agreements
Provide Subject Matter Expertise on eBusiness specific EDI transactions
Conduct critical reporting and analysis to recommend process improvements
Develop and maintain knowledge of business and regulatory environments
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare operations experience in insurance, managed care, or related industry
Advanced knowledge of healthcare EDI files (837, 277CA, etc.)
Exceptional communication skills and professionalism
Strong data analysis and trending skills, including query writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with claims processing and managed care systems
Proven ability to build relationships across multiple organizational layers
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and effective decision‑making abilities
Experience in developing user stories for sprint planning
