Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist – Full-Time (Souderton, PA)
Join our growing team! We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts while supporting key HR programs. This role plays a critical part in attracting top engineering, manufacturing, and professional talent and supporting HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, technical, and professional roles
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and community outreach
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Screen candidates, conduct pre-screen interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Partner with HR leadership on compensation recommendations and offer details
Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting in ATS systems
Support employer branding efforts and represent the company at recruiting events and job fairs
Coordinate with external recruiters for specialized hiring needs
HR & Onboarding Support (30–40%)
Support onboarding by transitioning candidates to new-hire status in ATS/HRIS systems
Assist with processing onboarding documentation, including I-9 and E-Verify
Support new hire orientation sessions, facility tours, and initial safety training
Assist with onboarding checklist completion and early new-hire check-ins
Provide backup support for HR generalist activities such as benefits administration, leave tracking, safety documentation, employee relations support, and performance management processes
Support workforce development initiatives, including assisting with federal and state training grant administration
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or HR generalist roles
Experience recruiting in manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments preferred
Strong sourcing, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Paycor preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
