Lead month-end closing processes and daily financial reporting
Manage general ledger reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness
Optimize departmental efficiency by implementing streamlined financial controls and processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team
Collaborate closely with the Controller on strategic financial projects
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
