Property Accountant

Responsibilities:
Own the full-cycle monthly close process across multiple properties
Perform bank reconciliations, prepare journal entries, manage accruals, and monitor cash flow
Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reporting packages and perform P&L variance analysis
Provide audit support and assist with lender reporting and special projects
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
3+ years of accounting experience
Solid understanding of GAAP and experience with internal controls
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level
