Role Description
This part‑time, on‑site Senior Accountant position is located in Sewell, NJ. The Senior Accountant will manage end‑to‑end accounting processes, including financial reporting, tax preparations, bookkeeping, payroll management, and reconciling accounts. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients to provide financial insights, guiding businesses on tax regulations, and assisting with strategic financial planning. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with accounting standards while optimizing financial operations.
Qualifications
Strong technical accounting skills, including financial reporting, balance sheet analysis, and general ledger management.
Experience with tax preparation and compliance, particularly for individuals and small businesses.
Proficiency in bookkeeping and payroll management systems, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to provide financial guidance, develop strategic planning, and assist clients in achieving financial goals.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency with relevant accounting software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA designation or equivalent required.
Minimum of 5 years experience.
