LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes ownership of critical HR functions. In this role, you will serve as the primary resource for onboarding, payroll, compliance, and recruiting support. You will make an immediate impact and help drive operational excellence from day one.

Temp to Hire
Pay Rate:
$28–$35 per hour
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding and new hire orientations
Complete I-9 verifications and ensure compliance
Process payroll accurately and resolve discrepancies
Conduct reference checks and maintain employee records
Support recruiting efforts: post jobs, screen applicants, and collaborate with recruiters
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and HR executives
Take ownership of inquiries to ensure accurate resolution
Handle new hire transactions, promotions, and terminations
Partner with the executive team on benefits, payroll, and compliance
Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to federal and state labor laws
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in HR processes including onboarding, payroll, and recruiting
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
