The successful candidate will serve as the strategic and operational human resources leader for a large manufacturing facility, playing a pivotal role in shaping the site's strategies and functions. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; a major in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field
5‑7 years of related human resources generalist leadership experience
Solid employee relations background

Responsibilities
Function as a member of the senior management team, setting strategic direction for the success and growth of all businesses
Collaborate with business partners to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results
Participate in the development and implementation of financial budgets
Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc., at the site level
Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies
Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives
