This role is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by managing key accounts, developing new business, and delivering technical sealing solutions to customers. The position blends strategic planning with hands‑on prospecting, presentations, and closing activities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company growth strategies.

Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.

Deliver technical presentations and tailored sealing solutions based on customer needs.

Lead long‑cycle sales pursuits, proposals, and multi‑stakeholder commercial discussions.

Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and internal teams to support targeted campaigns, product feedback, and customer satisfaction.
