Certified Medication Assistant (QMAP) at STI
Location: Denver, CO
Pay Rate: $26 per hour
Schedule: Thursdays – Saturdays, 18:00 – 07:20 (shift)

Minimum Qualifications
At least one year (12 months) of prior experience as a Certified Medication Assistant (QMAP)
Up‑to‑date certification in the state of Colorado
Current CPR card issued by the American Heart Association
Ability to build rapport with patients
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Familiarity with medical terminology
Job Responsibilities
Administer prescribed medications to residents/patients
Document medication administration accurately
Follow proper procedures for medication storage and disposal
Observe and report any changes in patient condition
Assist with daily living activities (eating, bathing, dressing)
Ensure medication rights are followed (right patient, dose, time, etc.)
Communicate with nurses and other healthcare staff
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions
Follow all facility policies and state regulations regarding medication administration
