Agility Recruiting
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in delivering exceptional employee experiences. This role will be instrumental in managing HR administrative functions, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
Manage new hire onboarding process, ensuring all documentation is completed and new employees have a positive first-day experience
Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure timely communication with candidates
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials
HR Administration
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS
Process employee changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations
Administer employee benefits enrollment and respond to benefits-related inquiries
Coordinate employee recognition programs and company events
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain HR documentation and filing systems
Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review
Support HR audits and ensure proper record retention
Employee Support
Serve as first point of contact for employee HR-related questions
Assist with employee relations matters and elevate issues appropriately
Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs
Support performance management processes
Qualifications Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR coordination or administration
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) or working towards certification
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Bilingual capabilities
Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization
