Responsibilities
Process student enrollment contracts, registrations, and billing using
QuickBooks
Reconcile monthly billing records and bank accounts
Post online payments, manage customer accounts, and prepare statements
Handle professional collections and support audit and tax schedules
Process biweekly payroll using
ADP Workforce Now , including W-2s and 1095s
Qualifications
Strong proficiency with
QuickBooks
and automated accounting systems
Payroll processing experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
Professional communication skills and comfort working in a school environment
Compensation and benefits This position offers a firm salary range of $65,000–$75,000 annually, along with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
