Controller
to lead our financial operations and support the continued growth of our organization. This role is central to maintaining accurate financial records, overseeing accounting processes, and ensuring our financial systems operate with integrity and efficiency. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and clear communication are essential. As Controller, you will oversee day-to-day accounting functions, manage internal controls, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, guide financial decision-making through accurate reporting, and help refine processes that support operational excellence across departments. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, values structure, and has a strong understanding of GAAP and financial best practices. Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and all internal books Maintain compliance with government and regulatory requirements Serve as lead contact for external auditors and support audit preparation Review, analyze, and interpret financial data to support leadership decisions Strengthen internal procedures, controls, and financial systems Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or 5–7 years of equivalent experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Solid understanding of GAAP; CPA designation preferred Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams Seniority level
