Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in McAllen, TX, for a Revenue Cycle Manager. The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle, including claim submissions, denials management, and medical coding. Responsibilities include managing billing processes, optimizing revenue generation, and ensuring compliance with managed care contracts and regulations. The role requires collaboration with the practice management team to achieve financial performance and uphold a high standard of administrative efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Management
Experience with addressing Denials and working knowledge of Medical Coding
Understanding of Managed Care processes and payer policies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Professional certifications such as CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) are a plus
