Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Accounts Payable professional to join a dynamic finance team. This role focuses on managing complex invoice processing across multiple entities while supporting upcoming system enhancements. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process and validate invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance across numerous business units.
Manage payments for multiple entities, maintaining consistency and precision in financial records.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely vendor payments.
Assist with system transitions and contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency.
Maintain organized documentation and support audits as needed.
Provide proactive support during onboarding and training phases, transitioning to hybrid work after initial ramp-up.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or related finance function.
Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving processes.
Familiarity with ERP or accounting platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
