Responsibilities
Support international accounting functions
Manage monthly financial closing processes and budget planning, including improvements
Improve revenue growth
Create and reach cash flow goals
Monitor budget and develop business plans
Manage a global finance team
Make and meet deadlines as a team and individually
Conduct financial analysis
Prepare and submit corporate documents and reports
Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable administration and development
Qualifications
10+ years of accounting or finance experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work in a high importance, fast-paced environment
Experience managing multiple people
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000 per year plus bonus and stock options
Work from home with 30% of the time requiring international and domestic travel.
Position requires strong manufacturing background with experience in international accounting services, and a desire for extensive travel.
