Support international accounting functions
Monthly financial closing processes and budget planning and improvements
Improve revenue growth
Create and reach cash flow goals
Monitor budget and create business plan
Manage a global finance team

Prepare and submit corporate documents and reports
Payroll, A/P, A/R administration and development
Qualifications
10+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work in a high importance, fast-paced environment
Experience in managing multiple people
Compensation $180k-$200k plus bonus and stock options! Annual salary, $180,000 to $200,000 USD.
Work Environment Work from home with 30% of the time requiring international and domestic travel.
Location Cleveland, OH.
