with proven experience in Poland and Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner for hiring managers, capable of driving full-cycle recruitment across multiple markets, with a strong focus on headhunting top talent in IT and FinTech. Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and hard-to-fill roles in Poland and in Eastern Europe. Source, attract, and engage passive candidates through proactive headhunting strategies. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition. Manage and track recruitment metrics, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Maintain an excellent candidate experience while representing the company as an employer of choice. Partner with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Proven experience as a recruiter in an
international environment . Strong
headhunting and sourcing skills , particularly in IT and FinTech roles. Deep understanding of tech talent market and hiring trends. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
