Job Description: Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring during a peak business period. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for hourly healthcare-related positions. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about supporting mission-oriented work. This is a fully remote or hybrid opportunity with minimal onsite requirements. Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and open requisitions Source candidates through job boards, applicant tracking systems, and community outreach Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidate fit Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and internal teams Manage candidates through the hiring process from application to offer Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system Assist with workforce planning and provide insights on hiring trends and candidate availability Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience within a healthcare or related environment Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Passion for mission-driven work and community impact Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards (ATS experience required) Contract role anticipated to last approximately 3 months Hiring volume fluctuates seasonally Team environment includes recruiters and sourcing support Flexible remote or hybrid work environment Meaningful work supporting a community-focused mission Fast-paced recruiting exposure with high hiring impact Collaborative and supportive team culture ADDISON GROUP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
