Job Summary The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full‑cycle recruitment process across a wide variety of positions within the organization. This is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Houston, Texas, requiring onsite presence for essential meetings, hiring events, or leadership support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and delivering offers.
Develop strategic sourcing plans aligned with hiring manager needs and organizational goals.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and additional platforms to identify and engage passive and active talent.
Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the process.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data, activity tracking, and pipeline metrics within ADP Workforce Now and other recruitment tools.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely updates, professional communication, and transparent processes.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company policies related to recruiting and hiring.
Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and internal recruiting initiatives as needed.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, technology, or other specialized industry environments.
Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing, pipeline building, and candidate outreach.
Minimum of 3 years of experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for requisition management, applicant processing, and reporting; ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to target, attract, and engage passive candidates.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and onsite responsibilities.
Strong ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Preferred
Experience with international recruiting and navigating global hiring processes.
Experience using Google Workspace platforms (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive).
Prior recruiting experience in healthcare, medical, biotechnology, pharmacy, or regulated environments.
