Sr Human Capital Generalist TriWest Healthcare Alliance is seeking a Senior Human Capital Generalist to perform onboarding, employee relations, leave, training, and off‑boarding duties. The role coaches leaders on TriWest Human Capital policies and procedures, including employee relations, leadership development, exit interviews, turnover analysis, performance appraisal systems, leadership training, and investigations.

Must reside in AZ, TX, ID, OR, NM or UT.

Education & Experience Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience.

5+ years experience as Human Resources Generalist with strong employee relations / organizational effectiveness background.

3+ years in employee relations / labor relations.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Demonstrated experience establishing strong relationships with leaders at all levels and influencing decisions.

Strong business acumen, using that understanding to develop and deploy solutions that help leaders meet business goals.

Experience developing and facilitating HR leadership training programs such as employee engagement, coaching, conflict management and performance management.

Strong presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

PeopleSoft experience.

Strong knowledge of leadership and management theories: Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Predictive Index.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with employees and leadership on organizational and talent effectiveness issues, including performance management, communication, conflict management, and change management.

Conduct formal and informal investigations regarding employee relations issues and resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including employment law, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Americans with Disabilities Act.

Develop and facilitate HR leadership training.

Coordinate the exit interview process, analyzing retention issues and reporting trends.

Consult with management on the annual performance appraisal process to ensure compliance.

Provide guidance and administer requested leaves (FMLA, ADA), maintain accurate records and communicate throughout the process.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Computer Literacy: proficient in Microsoft Office and TriWest Intranet.

Technical Skills: advanced collaboration, consulting, conflict resolution; knowledge of HR policies, employment law; confidentiality; presentation skills; self-starter and initiative.

Working Conditions

Availability to work non‑regular hours as required.

Works in a standard office environment with minimal travel.

Extensive computer work with prolonged sitting.
