We are actively looking to hire a Recruiter, focused on sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have experience recruiting for high‑volume, non‑exempt, and hourly positions, ideally in the Automotive or Collections Industry. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is helpful. The ideal candidate is organized, able to make quick decisions, and committed to helping us hire qualified employees to support our company’s growth.
Responsibilities
Write and post job descriptions and ensure they appear on the right job boards.
Work with Hiring Managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
Source, screen, and interview candidates daily using job boards, social media, and referrals.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Manage all external job postings and keep them updated through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Update candidate status in the ATS and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely follow‑up.
Coordinate pre‑employment steps such as background checks, drug screens, and MVR checks.
Communicate candidate updates to Hiring Managers and other internal stakeholders.
Assist with onboarding by scheduling start dates, training times, and preparing new hire paperwork.
Handle pre‑boarding tasks, including I-9 completion and required new‑hire documentation.
Help with recruiting events, career fairs, and other projects as needed.
Qualifications
2–4 years of recruiting experience preferred (Automotive/Collections industry experience is a plus).
Experience using PAYCOM is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to pass a background check and hold a valid driver’s license.
