Direct Support Professional (DSP) - New Gloucester, ME
Pay Range starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additional hourly rate for applicants with a satisfactory driver’s license and active CRMA. No experience? We pay for training and you get paid to train.
Job Description We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate caregiver to support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses through our residential group homes and community support services.
Requirements
18 years or older
High‑school diploma or GED
Pass a criminal history background check
Valid Maine driver’s license and insurable
Attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings
Willing to travel with reliable transportation

Option 2 – Part‑time Week 1: Saturday & Sunday 1 p‑9 p, Wednesday 3 p‑8 p Week 2: Friday 1 p‑9 p, Monday 1 p‑9 p, Thursday 3 p‑8 p
