Direct Support Professional (DSP)
We are currently seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our team. If you are not yet experienced or credentialed, we offer paid training and you will be paid to train.
Pay range starts at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. An additional hourly rate applies for applicants with a satisfactory driver’s license and an active CRMA.
If you have no experience, we pay for training and you get paid to train.

Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
High‑school diploma or GED required
Pass a criminal history background check
Current/valid Maine driver’s license and must be insurable
Attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings
Willing to travel and have reliable transportation

Week 1: Friday 9 p‑9 a, Saturday 7 p‑9 a, Thursday 9 p‑8 a
Week 2: Sunday 8 p‑9 a, Wednesday 9 a‑6 p, Thursday 8 p‑8 a
