Responsibilities

Provide operational oversight of all 1115 Waiver services, ensuring effective implementation and high‑quality service delivery.

Supervise staff delivering 1115 Waiver services; provide direction, support, and coaching.

Maintain positive relationships with partner agencies, community organizations, and Social Care Network staff.

Serve as liaison to other agencies providing 1115 Waiver services and to the Social Care Network.

Qualifications

4‑year Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.

1 to 3 years experience in the Human Service Industry.

Salary Minimum Salary: $30.21 per hour

Maximum Salary: $30.21 per hour

Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30 AM–4:00 PM; Thursday 8:30 AM–6:30 PM
