What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions

Provide comprehensive guidance on employee relations and workplace concerns

Independently lead meetings with clients and external employees regarding terminations and separations

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in offboarding activities

Track and monitor ongoing employee relations cases, ensuring timely follow‑up and coordination

What is Required (Qualifications)

Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with competencies across the employee lifecycle

Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance

Understanding of employee relations principles and progressive discipline approaches

Superior communication and negotiation skills

Business‑level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law

Aptitude for process innovation and optimization

Experience in managing complex HR issues in ambiguous environments

Familiarity with various HR tools and systems for asynchronous collaboration
