Support business travel needs by resolving issues with travel platforms promptly and assisting with onboarding preferred hotel rates in accordance with company policy.

Oversee office supplies and consumables through careful ordering, monitoring deliveries, conducting regular inventory checks, and maintaining accurate stock management records.

Prepare meeting rooms efficiently while assisting with AV or equipment issues by liaising considerately with IT teams when required.

Deliver an empathetic onboarding experience for new joiners by preparing welcome packs, conducting informative office tours, and explaining facilities and safety procedures clearly.

Ensure the daily upkeep of the office environment by collaborating with building management as needed to maintain a safe and pleasant workspace.

Act as the main point of contact for access control passes while reporting any security issues responsibly to relevant stakeholders.

Manage relationships with catering suppliers by coordinating the smooth delivery of all office catering services for meetings and events.

Provide reliable administrative support to the leadership team while coordinating effectively with stakeholders across departments to facilitate internal events and initiatives.
