As our

Vocational Rehabilitation Regional Administrator , you will oversee the Dickinson VR region's staff and daily activities, including eligibility reviews, intake processes, and the development of individualized plans to help people gain meaningful employment.

You will build strong partnerships with schools and businesses to expand employment opportunities and strengthen community connections.

You will serve as the face of the Dickinson region's VR program, representing our mission with professionalism, compassion, and confidence.

You will provide ongoing outreach to communities, schools, businesses, and Job Service to promote Vocational Rehabilitation services and ensure people understand the support available to them.

You will learn to develop plans tailored to each person's needs, abilities, and goals, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to helping individuals succeed.

To succeed in this position , you should be comfortable approaching people and confidently sharing information about the VR program.

You will take pride in the mission and vision of Vocational Rehabilitation and the life-changing services it provides.

You will be able to adapt quickly and remain flexible when challenges arise, all while keeping the needs of the people you serve at the forefront.

To be considered for this position , you must have a master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Administration/Services, Psychometrics, Behavioral Health, Behavioral Science, Disability Studies, Human Relations, Human Services, Marriage and Family Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Special Education or Vocational Assessment/Evaluation AND two (2) years of professional work experience related to your degree and the ability to obtain a CRC within three (3) years of hire.

Location This position is hybrid in the Dickinson region with the ability to travel using a state fleet vehicle when available.
