Job Objective
MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high‑quality semiconductors products, including an extensive marketing and sales network throughout the world: China, Americas, EMEA, APAC. We are looking for an Account Manager with 4 years experience in semiconductor sales who is based in Spain. Training would be provided.
Responsibilities
Work with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers. Research and develop new customers and new business segments. Develop account strategy and execute business plan. Effectively handle customers' issues. Meet sales budget (booking/Billing). Collect and summarize market intelligence information and provide feedback to the respective product team. Work in a team regionally or globally to achieve assigned tasks and objectives. Hold business review with customers and distribution channel.
Qualifications
Education Background/ Major:
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics or semiconductors.
Experience (Must):
4 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry.
Knowledge (Ideal):
Familiar with the basic theoretical knowledge of semiconductor power devices (diodes, MOSFETs, etc.) and familiar with the specific market applications, parameter characteristics, and customer applications of corresponding power device products.
Abilities/Qualities:
Proficient in using office software; proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; familiar with the seven major QC techniques, five quality tools, 8D report, 5Why, and other quality tools; proficient in project management skills and certified as PMP.
Skills/Certifications:
Proficient in project and personnel management, as well as interdepartmental coordination skills; market and customer communication skills.
